Eligibility Requirements for Peo'tskome

• Any Citizen of the Gabrielino Tongva Nation twenty-five (25) years of age or older shall be eligible to run for election and serve as a member of the Gabrielino Tongva Peo'tskome.

• No Citizen shall be eligible to run for office if he or she has been convicted of any crime of moral turpitude less than ten (10) years prior to election day.

Voter Qualifications

• Any Citizen of the Gabrielino Tongva Nation who is eighteen (18) years of age or older on the date of election and has officially registered to vote in the elections of the Gabrielino Tongva Nation.
